Banff Film Festival Photo Walk with Nikon Ambassador Kristian Bogner
Join Wilderness Photographer and Nikon Ambassador Kristian Bogner for an instructional photo walk in Banff. As a local, he has an intimate knowledge of this beautiful town! Get outside, learn from a master, and capture Banff in some spectacular locations!
We Meet at the Nikon banner on the Kinnear Centre for Creativity and Innovation lower patio at 8:00 am. Set aside 90 minutes to join Kristian for an informal riverside walk and photo talk to Bow Falls.
Although this free event takes place outside, bring a mask and please allow social distancing between group participants. Dress for the weather, a long walk and bring a camera to take photos with!
Sports photography is about capturing the moment and recording the energy-in-motion at its peak. This can be applied to wildlife, travel and many other types of photography and filmmaking as well. Award winning photographer and Nikon Ambassador, Kristian Bogner will discuss these principles, share some of his recent work and share techniques for getting world class sports and action images.
Kristian will also teach you his principle of "photographic cross-training" which will help you to expand your photographic toolkit and ignite your passion to increase your overall technical photographic, video and creative abilities in all forms of photography.
