On Wednesday, May 16, Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival and Nikon are proud to present Nikon Day, featuring world-class authorities in photographic arts!

  • World-class professional photographer Kristian Bogner and award-winning videographer Kirk Neff will host “One Camera – Two Perspectives,” a discussion of how to use multimedia HD-SLRs like the Nikon D800 to produce spectacular stills, portraits, videos and documentaries.
  • Imaging expert Jon Blacker will present “Infrared Portraiture,” in which he will discuss this approach to capturing images with uniquely interesting effects,
    moods and qualities.
  • Nikon’s Professional Services team will be on-hand for an informative technical Q&A, and will provide a complimentary sensor cleaning for anyone who brings a Nikon digital SLR product.
